Heat Recovery

With the rapid expansion of “green” technologies, Harbridge has grown to be uniquely positioned to offer heat recovery systems to allow manufacturers the opportunity to maximize their fuel usage, and minimize their footprint on the environment. Harbridge has designed many heat recovery systems and heat exchangers to recover heat lost from industrial processes.

Our normal range of operation is 5,000 to 50,000 cfm and recovery up to 8 Mbh with up to 1850°F (996°C) hot-side gasses. Similar to our widely popular IDF exchangers, Harbridge heat recovery exchangers are all custom designed to the OEM or end-users specific requirements. Many manufacturing or design techniques are available including multi-pass tubular, parallel or counterflow, and high efficiency plate.
